Overview:

We are looking for experienced Project Managers with a strong background in the lending domain to lead and manage strategic projects within our organization. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the financial services industry, specifically in the lending sector.

Project Manager Software Product Implementation

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software product implementation projects for enterprise customers, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary project-level point of contact for customers, managing expectations, communication, escalations, and stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery schedules across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, DevOps, Support, and customer teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage customer change requests (CRs) from requirement clarification and estimation through approval, development, testing, deployment, and closure.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation where required.
- Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery processes, including planning, prioritization, sprint/release coordination, UAT,



and production deployment.
- Ensure effective resource planning and utilization, balancing customer priorities with internal team capacity and product roadmap commitments.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, risks, issues, and delivery forecasts to customers and senior management.
- Drive project governance and delivery discipline, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, scope control, and adherence to organizational processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and implement lessons learned across projects.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8-10 years of software project management experience, preferably in a software product/SaaS environment from Lending domain.
- Proven experience in customer-facing software implementation and change request management.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, software releases, QA/UAT, and production deployment.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, risks, dependencies, and customer escalations.
- PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
