- Develop detailed tooling project plans in Workfront, including milestones, resources and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage the lifecycle of approximately 100 tools annually, ensuring delivery to cost, quality and timing targets.
- Coordinate with local and global toolmakers, engineering teams and affiliate plants across multiple time zones.
- Maintain project data accuracy in Workfront and prepare dashboards, KPIs and milestone reports for stakeholders.
- Support cost estimation, supplier evaluation and award recommendations for tooling packages.
- Organise FAT / SAT, qualification trials and handover of validated tools to production.Contribute to global tooling standards, lessons learned and process improvement
Preferred candidate profile
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
- 7+ years in tooling or project management within a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with general manufacturing processes for metal stamping, die casting and injection moulding.
- Fluent use of project management software Workfront, MS Project or equivalent — and CAD tools.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones.
