Experienced Project Manager who can independently manage projects end-to-end, with a strong focus on server migration and upgrade initiatives (from lower versions to higher versions).

The ideal candidate should have:

- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation, planning, and execution through to successful closure.
- Hands-on experience managing server migration,



modernization, and upgrade projects, including planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and execution.
- Solid understanding of SOW (Statement of Work) and Agile Model, ensuring project alignment with contractual and governance requirements.
- Experience in resource planning and allocation, budget management, and project financial tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive project governance, and ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up and delivering projects from scratch, including project planning, roadmap creation, dependency management, and execution oversight.
