Roles & Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a Real Estate Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of real estate development projects.
- The ideal candidate will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards and secure local zoning permits and regulatory clearances.
- This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of real estate development processes, construction management, and regulatory compliance.
- The Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Key duties include preparing project plans, tracking progress, resolving issues, and reporting to senior management.
- The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, negotiating contracts, and working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with local zoning laws, permitting processes, and sustainability practices is highly desirable.




- The Real Estate Project Manager will also be expected to foster positive relationships with clients, investors, and community stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project.
- This position offers the chance to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

- Bachelors degree in real estate, construction management, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate project management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
