Hiring: Project Manager – Real Estate / Construction exp in High Rise Residential apartments

Location: Bangalore - Devanahalli

Experience: 10 To 15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech Civil

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Mandatory: High-rise residential apartment project experience.
- Manage projects from planning to completion.
- Handle project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost and resource management.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site execution, quality, safety, progress, and timely project delivery.
- Manage project risks, delays, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of construction processes and project management.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
