Role & responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day construction activities.

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, labour and site teams.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

- Monitor project progress, costs, material requirements and resource utilisation.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers and vendors.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.

- Identify and resolve site-level issues, delays and execution challenges.

- Prepare regular progress reports and update management on project status.

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.

- Maintain proper site documentation, measurements, work records and contractor bills.

- Drive timely completion and handover of the project.





Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified construction skilled with 15+ years of relevant experience in the construction/real estate industry.

- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to independently manage and oversee site operations.

- Solution-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proven experience in managing contractors, consultants, vendors and site teams.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, timelines and cost control.

- Ability to take ownership, drive execution and ensure timely and efficient project completion.
