Role Description The Project Manager at Quick Furnish will oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site coordination and work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project schedules, allocating resources, monitoring progress using the company’s project management systems, and proactively managing risks and constraints.

The Project

Manager will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, handle logistics and expediting activities, and conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.



The role also involves preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess expediting and expeditor skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up with vendors and contractors.
- Candidates should possess inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
