Location: Base location is Gurgaon. The job requires traveling to our project site locations as required.

Salary: 8 - 10 Lacs per annum

Experience: 4-5 years experience in premium f&b;, beauty, spa or retail store pre-opening & development.

Your Role:

As an Project Manager at Tattva Wellness, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing spa, wellness & hospitality projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets, quality standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own hospitality projects end-to-end, from planning, design coordination, and execution to snagging and final handover.
- Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, BOQs, CAPEX, procurement, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor on-site execution to ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and FF&E.;
- Identify project risks, cost variations, and execution challenges; drive practical solutions and mitigation plans.
- Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain project MIS covering progress, budgets, risks,



procurement, and key decisions.
- Ensure properties are guest-ready and operationally ready before launch, including documentation, warranties, certifications, and final handover.
- Solid in project planning, cost management, vendor coordination, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and managing multiple projects.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

- The Project Manager is expected to own the project outcome across Time, Cost, Quality, and Guest Experience.
