Role Description The Project Manager – PEB will oversee pre-engineered building projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This full time role is based in Indore with a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with office working. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating design, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site installation activities, while monitoring project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

The Project

Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor and contractor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.



The role also involves preparing progress reports, conducting inspections, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to handle multiple PEB and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting activities for materials, fabrication, and site work.
- Candidates should possess inspection capabilities, including conducting Inspection of structural components, PEB elements, and site work to meet quality and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management for coordinating material movement, delivery schedules, and site readiness.
- Relevant experience in PEB, steel structures, or construction/infrastructure projects, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in project planning tools, MS Office, and basic understanding of CAD or structural drawings.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and sustainability.
