Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Cards implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

- Lead project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and delivery.

- Coordinate with product, technology, business, QA, vendors, and client teams.

- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Drive implementation activities including requirements, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production go-live.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Coordinate with technical teams on APIs, system integrations, interfaces, and implementation dependencies.

- Manage change requests and ensure timely resolution of project issues.

- Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

- 812 years of overall experience,



preferably around 10 years.

- Strong experience in Cards / Card Payments / Banking / FinTech domain.

- Proven experience managing Cards implementation projects.

- Valuable understanding of credit cards, debit cards, card issuing, acquiring, transaction processing, authorization, settlement, and card lifecycle.

- Experience managing end-to-end implementation, integration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

- Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams.

- Experience working with banking/financial institutions, card platforms, payment processors, or technology vendors.

- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum project delivery methodologies.

- Excellent communication, coordination, project planning, and risk management skills.
