Peerspoly is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5 years of experience in a translation agency, LSP, localization company, or similar environment to manage multilingual projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end multilingual translation and localization projects.
- Coordinate translators, reviewers, DTP specialists and external vendors.
- Manage project timelines, costs, quality and delivery.
- Communicate with international/onsite clients and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle Translation Memories, Termbases, CAT tools and MT/MTPE workflows.
- Monitor project progress and resolve production issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
Required Skills
- 3 years of Project Management experience in Translation / Localization / LSP.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong client communication and team coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Trados Studio / CAT Tools.
- Understanding of Translation Memories, Termbases and MT/MTPE.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid planning, problem-solving and deadline-management skills.
- Comfortable working with international clients and teams.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Project Manager who can independently manage clients, production teams and multiple multilingual projects from the Coimbatore office.
