Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting customer requirements.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
- Coordinate project team activities, allocate tasks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze project data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize project performance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.

Technical Skills & Experience





- Proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Understanding of project management tools and software, including project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on project performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving, with a strong understanding of project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex project data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Project Management or a related field, such as Business Administration or Computer Science.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience in Agile project management, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced project workplace.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of project stakeholder management and communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex project data and make informed decisions.
