- Coordinating with team, client, vendors and managing multiple qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Work with vendors/suppliers to deliver projects within the expected budget and timelines to ensure the client expected deliverables.
- Review progress of all projects to ensure that the timelines are being met.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and provide updates internally and externally to key stakeholders.
- Skilled in Planning, Coordination, Negotiation, Optimization, Quality.
- Improvements and Project Implementation.
- Review questionnaires and use it to apply relevant quotas, targets, and screening at our end.
- Prepare top line and project reports as per the project requirement.
- Responding to Client queries on service capabilities, feasibility of projects in a given country.
Other requirements
1. Must carry 2 to 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the Market Research industry.
2. Must be willing to work onsite in rotational shifts.
3. Must have strong organizational and leadership abilities.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
7. Highly focused, result-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic work workplace.
