We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing resources, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, manpower, and material requirements.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues,
delays, and site challenges.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Manage and allocate manpower and other project resources effectively.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and records.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction regulations.
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure work is completed as per agreed requirements.
- Ensure timely completion and proper handover of projects.
