We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil & Construction to manage and deliver construction projects from planning to completion.

The person will be responsible for project execution, planning, client coordination, contractor management, cost, quality, safety, manpower and timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, good technical knowledge and the ability to lead multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

- Plan and manage projects from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines and manpower requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify delays and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, Site and other teams.

Site Management
- Manage day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues.

Client & Consultant Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Manage approvals, inspections, technical clarifications and site issues.
- Maintain good relationships with clients while protecting company interests.

Cost & Commercial Management
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
- Control wastage, rework and unnecessary expenses.
- Coordinate with the commercial/finance team for billing and collections.
- Identify and manage variations and additional works.

Contractor Management
- Coordinate and monitor contractors and subcontractors.




- Ensure availability of required manpower, materials and equipment.
- Monitor contractor productivity, quality and schedule.
- Review work completion and contractor performance.

Quality & Safety
- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture at the project site.

Team Management
- Lead and guide project engineers, site engineers, supervisors and other project team members.
- Assign responsibilities and ensure clear accountability.
- Review team performance and provide guidance and support.
- Build a collaborative and ownership-driven project team.

Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15+ years of experience in civil/construction project management.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and project planning.
- Experience in managing contractors, consultants and clients.
- Good understanding of project cost, quality and safety.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
