Luxe Galleria is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage and oversee projects from planning and execution through completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring projects are delivered within the approved timeline, budget, quality standards, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to final handover.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, manpower requirements, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, layouts, and project requirements.
- Monitor overall project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Supervise and guide Site Supervisors, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution, workmanship, and quality.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and company standards.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of required materials at the site.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, manpower, and other project-related expenses.
- Identify potential delays, technical issues, material shortages, and execution problems and take corrective action.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports to management.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Verify measurements, work completion, material requirements, and contractor bills where required.
- Ensure proper documentation of project-related approvals, drawings, measurements, invoices, and reports.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure rectification of defects or incomplete work.
- Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping, material handling,



and work discipline.
- Manage project handover, snag-list closure, and final completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure professional project coordination throughout the execution process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant project management experience preferred.
- Experience in interior, construction, luxury retail, stone, marble, tiles, architectural products, or related projects will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, site management, construction/interior processes, and finishing works.
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural/interior drawings and BOQs.
- Good knowledge of project planning, costing, procurement, and resource management.
- Solid leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and project management/reporting tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Bhubaneswar as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
