LoopClosers AI is a marketing technology company building AI-native platforms for consumer brands. Our agentic marketing platform and conversational agents help marketing teams plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns end-to-end across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, RCS, web, and voice. Our products are used today by automotive OEMs, D2C brands, and other consumer businesses.

We are a small, senior team with a strong bias for shipping. We work on high-leverage problems, in-person, from Gurugram and Bengaluru.

## Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to own the post-sale deployment of our agentic AI and conversational marketing programs for enterprise and mid-market customers. Once a deal is signed, you are the single point of accountability for taking the customer from kickoff to live campaigns - coordinating our engineering, creative, and account teams alongside the customer's marketing, IT, and compliance stakeholders.

The programs you will run typically involve:

- Overseeing build and deployment of AI agents across WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Messenger, RCS, web chat, and voice.
- Onboarding brand assets, content libraries, and product catalogues into our platform.
- Coordinating BSP / CPaaS setup - number provisioning, template approvals, opt-in flows, and compliance reviews.
- Instrumenting campaigns, dashboards, and reporting so the customer sees measurable outcomes.

This is a hands-on delivery role with substantial ownership. You will be the person the customer calls when something needs to happen, and the person our internal team looks to for prioritisation and clarity. ## Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end post-sale deployment for a portfolio of customer accounts — from kickoff through go-live and steady-state operations.
- Build and maintain deployment plans, RACI, and status trackers for each account; run weekly steering calls with customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate WhatsApp Business API, RCS,



and other channel onboarding with BSPs and CPaaS partners (template submissions, number provisioning, DLT/compliance, opt-in flows).
- Translate customer requirements into clear scoped tickets for the engineering, creative, and agent-config teams, and hold the timeline for delivery.
- Drive user acceptance testing, sign-offs, and phased rollouts.
- Track program health — SLA adherence, milestone burn-down, open risks — and escalate early with proposed mitigations.
- Own post-launch operations for the first 30–90 days: campaign calendars, performance reviews, change requests, and hand-off to steady-state support.
- Feed field learnings back into the product team so common gaps become platform capabilities.

## Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in the CPaaS industry delivering conversational or messaging deployments for enterprise customers.

- Working knowledge of at least : Agentic AI, RAG Systems, Image AI, Video AI, WhatsApp API, voice bots, or web chat channels.
- Demonstrated ownership of at least one multi-stakeholder customer deployment from kickoff to go-live.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to run structured status calls with senior customer stakeholders.
- Comfort with rapid-paced cycles, ambiguity, and running multiple parallel accounts.
- Based in Gurugram or Bengaluru, and comfortable working in-person from our office.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience deploying agentic AI, conversational AI, or chatbot solutions for consumer brands.
- Prior work with D2C, retail, BFSI, or automotive customers on marketing or customer-engagement programs.
- Familiarity with campaign performance metrics (delivery, open, CTR, conversion, ROAS) and reporting tools.
- Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, or analytics stacks (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, GA4).
