Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for technology-driven devices, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, R&D;, manufacturing, and logistics. Daily responsibilities include defining project scope and milestones, tracking progress against timelines, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role involves supervising expediting activities, inspections,



and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, as well as maintaining documentation and project reports for management review.

The Project

Manager will contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of best practices in project management across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Worked with international clients and knows how to translate the client wishes into clear actionpoints for the team.
- Experience in expediting and related activities, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to ensure on-time delivery of materials and components.
- Knowledge of quality and compliance processes, including Inspection and collaboration with manufacturing and R&D; teams.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination with suppliers, warehouses, and transport partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with international teams, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technology, electronics, or medical/beauty device manufacturing is highly beneficial.
