Project Management Jira Banking Domain Release Deployment Order Management

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage technology and business projects within a banking environment The role requires strong project planning execution governance stakeholder management reporting and delivery management capabilities The ideal candidate should have handson experience with Jira strong understanding of release and deployment processes and the ability to track risks issues dependencies and project challenges effectively

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage endtoend project delivery including planning execution monitoring control and closure
- Prepare project plans schedules milestones RAID logs status reports and governance dashboards
- Use Jira to track requirements epics user stories defects dependencies sprint progress and delivery status
- Coordinate with business technology QA release deployment infrastructure and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Provide clear and accurate reporting on project progress risks issues blockers dependencies and mitigation actions
- Support release planning deployment readiness production implementation postdeployment validation and issue resolution




- Identify challenges early escalate appropriately and drive closure through structured followup and stakeholder alignment
- Work closely with banking domain stakeholders to understand business priorities compliance expectations operational impacts and customerfacing implications
- Apply order management knowledge to support projects involving order capture validation processing fulfillment tracking exception handling and downstream integration
- Facilitate meetings status reviews steering committee updates and project governance discussions

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong experience in project management delivery governance stakeholder management and crossfunctional coordination
- Handson working knowledge of Jira for project tracking sprint monitoring task management issue tracking and reporting
- Ability to create and present project reports dashboards executive summaries status updates and riskissue reports
- Good understanding of banking domain processes regulatory sensitivity operational controls and technology delivery expectations




- Technical understanding of release management deployment lifecycle workplace readiness cutover planning rollback planning and postrelease support
- Experience in tracking and reporting delivery challenges risks defects blockers dependencies and change requests
- Knowledge of order management concepts including order lifecycle fulfillment exception handling and integration with upstreamdownstream systems
- Excellent communication documentation analytical coordination and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with distributed teams across business and technology functions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration Finance or a related field
- Project management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 PMIACP Scrum Master or equivalent are preferred
- Experience working in Agile Scrum Kanban Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
- Prior experience in banking financial services order management platforms or enterprise technology delivery is preferred
