Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Mumbai and is responsible for overseeing turnkey interior projects from initiation to completion.

The Project

Manager will plan project timelines and budgets, coordinate design and execution activities, and manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. The role involves monitoring progress, conducting site inspections, resolving operational issues, and ensuring materials and resources are expedited and available as per project schedules.

provide regular status updates, manage scope changes, and support continuous improvement in processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, including Expeditor and Expediting, to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess inspection and quality control skills, including Inspection and familiarity with industry standards for interior fit-outs.
- Candidates should possess logistics skills, including Logistics Management and coordination of site deliveries and resource allocation.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing turnkey interior or construction projects, ideally in commercial or residential environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management abilities, with proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
