Parrot AI is building AI-powered solutions that help businesses improve productivity, automate workflows, and make better use of their data and processes. We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to drive projects from planning through successful delivery.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Parrot AI, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects while working closely with product, engineering, design, AI/ML, QA, and business teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong project ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced technology environment. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, tracking timelines and deliverables, identifying risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Own projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and planning to execution, delivery, and post-launch follow-up.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, design, AI/ML, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, task trackers, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate regular stand-ups, project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.




- Track resource allocation and ensure teams have the information and support required to deliver.
- Manage project priorities and handle scope changes effectively.
- Escalate critical issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and decision logs.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Coordinate releases, launches, and implementation activities.
- Conduct project retrospectives and identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure projects follow agreed quality, security, and compliance processes where applicable.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within a technology, SaaS, AI, software, or digital product workplace.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms.




- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI/ML, Generative AI, SaaS, automation, or software products.
- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
- Experience managing client-facing projects.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and product development processes.
- Experience with project reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
