Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing risks and issues, expediting critical activities, and ensuring inspections and logistics are aligned with project timelines and quality standards. The role involves preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, facilitating meetings, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Project





Manager will also support process improvements and promote adherence to company policies and safety practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on critical tasks, materials, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills, with the ability to coordinate and review inspections to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage movement of materials, equipment, and resources in line with project needs.
- Relevant experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document, report, and present project information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
