Role: Junior Project Manager

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹3.5–5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects.
- Define project requirements, timelines, resources, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and overall progress.
- Prepare project status reports and track key project metrics.
- Identify project issues and initiate corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain project specifications and documentation.
- Establish methods for project testing and quality monitoring.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, policies, and specifications.

Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in project management/engineering projects.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in project planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring.
- Strong client and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of project schedules, budgets, quality control, and reporting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
