Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage and coordinate IT consulting, software development, ERP, website, digital transformation, and technology implementation projects. The person will be responsible for planning, execution, client coordination, team management, vendor coordination, documentation, timelines, budgets, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Management
- Understand project requirements, scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Client Management
- Act as the primary coordination point between the client and internal teams.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates.
- Understand client concerns, requirements, and change requests and ensure proper follow-up.
- Team Coordination
- Coordinate developers, designers, IT support, consultants, ERP teams, and other technical resources.
- Allocate tasks and monitor individual/team progress.
- Ensure team members understand priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Project Monitoring & Control
- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Identify delays or potential problems and take corrective action.
- Maintain project trackers, action items, and status reports.
- Vendor & Third-Party Coordination




- Coordinate with software vendors, hosting providers, ERP partners, infrastructure vendors, and other third parties.
- Follow up on pending technical activities, integrations, support, and deliverables.
- Documentation
- Maintain project documentation including BRD, requirements, meeting minutes, project plans, change requests, UAT documents, deployment records, and handover documents.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality & Delivery
- Coordinate testing, UAT, bug tracking, deployment, and final handover.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate post-implementation support and issue resolution.
- Commercial & Scope Management
- Monitor project scope against the approved proposal/contract.
- Identify additional requirements and coordinate change requests.
- Track project-related payments, milestones, and commercial commitments in coordination with management/accounts.
- Management Reporting
- Prepare regular project status reports for management.
- Escalate critical issues, delays, resource requirements, and client concerns.
- Maintain visibility of all ongoing projects and their current status.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration,



or related field.
- Experience in IT project management, software development, IT consulting, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
- Good understanding of software development and IT project life cycles.
- Strong client communication and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, project management tools, and documentation.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ideal Candidate: A highly organized professional who can independently coordinate clients, management, technical teams, vendors, and multiple projects and ensure that projects move forward without unnecessary delays. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
