Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in the Pune Division and travelling across India.

1. Project Planning and Execution
2. Engineering Coordination
3. Procurement and vendor coordination
4. Site execution
5. Client and consultant coordination
6. Project cost and commercial control
7. Quality Control, Safety and compliance, Testing and commissioning
8. Project Documentation and Reporting

Qualifications

Essential:

- B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Water & Waste Water Treatment EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of project execution and site management.

Preferred:

- Experience in ETP / STP / WTP / RO / UF / DM / ZLD or industrial wastewater projects.
- Experience in complete EPC project execution from engineering through commissioning.
- PMP / Project Management certification will be an advantage but is not mandatory.





Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Good knowledge of Water & Waste Water Treatment processes.
- Positive understanding of mechanical, piping, civil, electrical and instrumentation works.
- Ability to read and understand PFDs, P&IDs;, GA drawings and engineering drawings.
- Vendor and subcontractor management.
- Client and consultant coordination.
- Cost and schedule monitoring.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities under tight project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project / Primavera.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
