PROMAC Advisors Pvt. Ltd., a leading national Project Managment Consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Hospitality to lead very high-end project delivery from the PMC / client-side perspective.

This is not a routine site-supervision role.

The position requires a senior Civil Engineering professional who can take ownership of project progress, quality, planning, contractor performance, multidisciplinary coordination, documentation, client/consultant interface and project controls.

High-end Hospitality / Hotel / Resort experience will be strongly preferred. Candidates with strong experience in high-end commercial, premium residential or institutional projects may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day PMC delivery for the assigned project and ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, quality standards and client requirements.
- Take ownership of project progress, quality, coordination, reporting and issue closure.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely corrective / recovery action where required.
- Review planned vs actual progress, critical activities, look-ahead plans, constraints, manpower, materials, work fronts and dependencies.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, vendors, specialist agencies and client representatives.
- Manage interfaces between Civil, Structure, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Interiors, Faade, Waterproofing and specialist packages.
- Ensure strong coordination across hospitality areas including guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, banquet/public areas, kitchens, back-of-house areas and service zones.
- Drive quality through QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, NCRs, snag closure, mock-ups,



samples and workmanship standards.
- Review drawings, identify discrepancies, constructability concerns and coordination conflicts, and ensure timely resolution.
- Review project risks, delays, recurring quality concerns and contractor deficiencies and escalate critical matters appropriately.
- Review site measurements, JMRs, BOQs, contractor billing support and variation documentation from a PMC / technical perspective.
- Lead or participate in project review, technical, coordination and progress meetings and ensure action-point closure.
- Ensure disciplined project documentation including DPRs, progress reports, MoMs, trackers, hindrance registers, drawing registers, quality records and photographic documentation.
- Guide junior engineers and project personnel and improve inspection, reporting and follow-up discipline within the team.
- Provide reliable and timely updates to PROMAC senior management and client representatives on progress, quality, delays, risks and decisions required.

Candidate Profile

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Construction Project Management / PMC / Client-side Project Management / Construction Management
- Strong experience in High-endHospitality / Hotel / Resort projects or very high end residential preferred
- Strong understanding of civil construction, finishing works,



quality control and multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong capability in Project Planning, Progress Monitoring, Recovery Planning and Project Controls
- Experience in managing contractors, consultants, specialist agencies and project teams
- Strong understanding of QA/QC, NCRs, snag management, testing and quality documentation
- Working knowledge of BOQ, JMR, measurements, billing verification and variation documentation
- Strong drawing-reading and technical coordination ability
- Positive understanding of MEP and Interior interfaces in quality-sensitive projects
- Strong communication, leadership, judgement and problem-solving ability
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and professional reporting
- Exposure to Primavera P6 / MS Project preferred
- AutoCAD exposure preferred
- Willingness to work at the assigned project location
