Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organised Project Manager to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure tasks are completed within the planned timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project activities from start to completion
- Assign and follow up on tasks with team members
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and daily progress
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Identify project-related issues and support timely resolution
- Conduct regular follow-ups and project meetings
- Maintain project documents, records, and status reports
- Track deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress
- Support the team in maintaining smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
