Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end projects in the Solar,

SCADA, and Industrial Automation domain. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution,

coordination, documentation, client management, and successful delivery of projects within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilites

- Manage the complete project lifecycle from project initiation to commissioning and final
- handover.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Installation,

and Commissioning to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure timely execution of Solar SCADA, Weather Monitoring System (WMS), and Industrial

Automation projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct client meetings, project review meetings, and progress discussions to ensure

alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Prepare and present project status reports, technical updates, and progress presentations to

clients and management.
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including project plans, technical

specifications, contracts, change requests, commissioning reports, compliance documents, and handover documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation control and timely submission of project-related records as

per customer and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including material dispatch, transportation, site deliveries,

resource mobilization, and inventory tracking to support project schedules.




- Work closely with procurement and vendor teams to ensure timely availability of materials

and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks while

implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements at

all project sites.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, resource allocation, and overall project profitability.
- Support techno-commercial discussions, contract execution, vendor coordination, and

customer negotations.
- Lead site execution activities, testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
- Ensure successful project completion, customer acceptance, and final project handover.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and customer

satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering

discipline.
- 5–15 years of experience in Solar SCADA, Industrial Automation, Power Systems, or related

industries.
- Strong understanding of SCADA systems, Weather Monitoring Systems (WMS), PLCs, and

field instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project.
- Strong leadership, project coordination, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling utility-scale or large-scale solar projects.
- Familiarity with renewable energy regulations and industry standards.
- Experience in client-facing project management roles.
