- Technical Project Manager Position Title Technical Project Manager Location Bangalore, India (or as applicable) Role Summary The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects from initiation through implementation. This role drives cross-functional collaboration, manages project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and ensures successful project execution within defined timelines and cost objectives. The individual will work closely with engineering, operations, sourcing, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning &
- Execution Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and deliverables. Lead projects from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate project activities and drive execution across cross-functional teams. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure timely delivery. Ensure project deliverables are completed within approved budgets and schedules.

Monitoring &
- Reporting Monitor project performance using dashboards, reports, tracking charts, and project management tools. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and business leadership. Track project expenditures and support budget forecasting and cost management activities. Escalate critical issues and risks with appropriate mitigation plans. Stakeholder &
- Resource Management Align internal resources and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Facilitate communication between engineering, manufacturing, operations, sourcing, and business teams. Support decision-making through effective project analysis and recommendations. Build consensus among stakeholders while balancing business priorities.

Continuous Improvement





Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency. Develop and maintain metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure project performance. Identify root causes of project obstacles and implement corrective actions. Support standardization of project management methodologies and best practices. Technical &
- Team Contributions Participate in technical reviews, design discussions, and project planning activities. Contribute to technical and operational excellence within the organization. Mentor junior team members and share project management best practices. Support organizational initiatives and strategic programs as required.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience managing technical or engineering projects in a cross-functional environment. Robust knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Experience with project scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in project management and relevant technical disciplines. Possesses working knowledge of related functions and their impact on project execution.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, automation, engineering services, or technology industries. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.

Experience managing global and geographically distributed teams.

Project Management

Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage and will be considered a strong plus for candidates with demonstrated project leadership experience.
