Gravton Motors is a full-stack electric two-wheeler company building India's most capable electric motorcycles — with proprietary in-house powertrain technology, batteries, and battery swap systems. Our flagship, the Gravton Quanta, holds a verified world record as the first electric two-wheeler to complete Kanyakumari to Khardung La in 6.5 days. We are scaling fast — new markets, new products, and a growing national presence.

The team making that happen needs someone who can keep every moving part moving in the right direction.

The Role The Project Manager is the central coordination point between Engineering, Design, SCM, Production, Quality, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Service — ensuring every cross-functional project lands on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. You own the plan, drive accountability, and keep leadership informed at every stage.

What You Will Do

- Own end-to-end project planning — timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource coordination across all functions
- Act as the single point of contact between cross-functional teams and senior management for all project communication
- Conduct regular project reviews, track action items, and close them
- Identify risks, dependencies,



and delays early — and implement corrective actions before they escalate
- Prepare and present project dashboards, status reports, MoMs, and progress updates to leadership
- Drive accountability across teams — follow up relentlessly until milestones are met
- Support new product development, process improvement, and strategic initiatives as directed by management

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field — MBA is an advantage
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in Automotive, EV, Manufacturing, or Engineering
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong project planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
