Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fieldCertification: PMP / Project Management certification is an added advantage

Detailed :

- We are looking for an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to manage end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization through final handover
- Key Responsibilities:Manage complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects
- Prepare project schedules and monitor timely completion
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and project resources
- Monitor site progress against approved drawings and specifications
- Control project costs and minimize material wastage
- Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates
- Coordinate with Procurement for timely material availability and delivery
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality standards and EHS guidelines are maintained
- Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, measurements, and project costs




- Coordinate design changes and resolve site execution issues
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
- Ensure smooth project handover, closure, and final documentation
- Project Exposure:Experience handling commercial projects such as corporate offices, office spaces, retail outlets, co-working spaces, hospitality, or institutional projects, preferably ranging from 2 Crore to 25+ Crore
