Job Overview:The Interior Modular Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing modular interior design projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and delivering high-quality modular interior solutions.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate efforts among the modular design team, architects, contractors, and suppliers.

Client Interaction:Engage with clients to understand their modular interior design requirements and expectations.

Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Budget Management:Prepare project budgets and estimates in collaboration with the finance team.

Monitor project expenses, track costs, and identify potential budget overruns.

Team Leadership:Lead and motivate the modular design team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.

Quality Assurance:Oversee the quality of modular design work to ensure it aligns with client expectations and industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during different project phases.

Supply Chain Management:Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of modular components.

Evaluate and select appropriate materials and finishes for modular interior projects.





Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to modular interior design.

Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and obtain necessary approvals.

Risk Management:Identify potential risks and challenges associated with modular interior projects.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.

Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Ensure all parties adhere to contractual agreements and meet performance expectations.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.

Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders, including clients and management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, particularly in modular interior design.

Strong knowledge of modular design principles, materials, and construction methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to lead and motivate a project team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
