The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce and website projects such as Cascade, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Commerce, Magento, etc. This role requires a manager who can manage the client’s expectations related to website and application development/hosting with the help of a team of developers and Sys Admins, ensure timely project delivery, and align technical solutions with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce and website hosting projects and driving successful outcomes. Communication is the absolute core of this role. Because this position involves direct, daily collaboration with US-based clients, product owners, and executive leadership, candidates must demonstrate native-level English fluency, sharp verbal articulation, and exceptional written clarity.

You will serve as the strategic communication bridge translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable engineering deliverables with zero ambiguity.

Excellent Communication: Able to comprehend requirements, document them and communicate and action plan. Ability to get the work done by the team. Must possess flawless spoken and written English skills. Confidently drive client discovery sessions, sprint demos, and status meetings with North American stakeholders. Articulate technical concepts in clear, business-friendly terms, and produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure all project roadmaps, milestones,



and scope boundaries are clearly articulated to both clients and internal engineering teams.

Cross-functional Expertise: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to deliver website hosting solutions on platforms like AWS. Translate client feedback into precise, actionable technical tasks, eliminating misinterpretation between developers and US clients.

Platform Expertise: Knowledge of Cloud fundamentals (Windows and Linux systems administration), WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Commerce, Magento etc.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration of e- commerce solutions. Serve as the primary, polished liaison for US stakeholders, leading proactive communication, setting expectations diplomatically, and managing project changes transparently.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure e- commerce portals meet performance, security, and usability standards.

Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient delivery without compromising quality.

Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows, facilitate sprint planning, and drive iterative development.

Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, maintain comprehensive documentation, and track key performance metrics.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies, recommending enhancements to improve platform functionality and user experience.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in project management

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Adobe Commerce, Magento, and BigCommerce, and their integration with payment gateways, CMS, and third-party APIs.

- Strong understanding of website platforms, such as WordPress, Drupal, etc. and third-party APIs.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. (Mandatory: Flawless spoken and written English proficiency with demonstrated experience leading live client meetings, demos, and presentations across US time zones).

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Demonstrated ability in clear articulation: translating complex business discussions into unambiguous technical specifications, BRDs, and Jira tickets.
