- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects from initiation through post-go-live support.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct discovery sessions, business process workshops, and requirement gathering activities to define project objectives and solution requirements.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.

- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.

- Coordinate functional design reviews, fit-gap analysis, system configuration validation,



and solution acceptance activities.

- Oversee data migration, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations.

- Support change management, end-user training, knowledge transfer, and organizational adoption initiatives.

- Manage project escalations and collaborate with leadership to resolve complex business and technical challenges.

- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery methodologies and operational efficiency.

- Mentor Functional Consultants and project team members while fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.

- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ERP implementation methodologies, and industry best practices.
