Project Manager PACS Computerisation Project

Location: Chandigarh - Punjab

Experience: 8 - 12+ years

Qualification: CA preferred / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com

Role

Lead the delivery of the PACS Computerisation Project and manage key government, banking and technology stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and resolution of project dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage senior stakeholder relationships with NABARD, RCS, DCCBs, NLPSV and MoC.
- Drive project targets, milestones, HOC/Go-Live, data migration and overall delivery.
- Lead district/project teams and ensure accountability for agreed targets.
- Coordinate resolution of ERP, accounting, data migration, reconciliation and transaction-related issues.
- Conduct project reviews and provide clear MIS, dashboards, risks and action plans to senior management.
- Drive escalations, dependencies and approvals with government and institutional stakeholders.




- Ensure effective project governance and timely closure of action items.

Required Skills
- Solid government and senior stakeholder management experience.
- Good understanding of accounting, ERP and financial processes.
- Experience in BFSI, cooperative banking, government or large-scale IT/ERP implementation projects.
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and MIS skills.
- Ability to manage large, geographically distributed teams and work under tight timelines.

Preferred Profile
- CA preferred, particularly with accounting/ERP implementation experience.
- Experience with PACS, NABARD, DCCBs, RCS or cooperative banking will be an advantage.
- Prior experience managing large-scale government digitisation or ERP projects preferred.
