ETPL (Ekta Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd.) is a trusted infrastructure solutions provider delivering end-to-end services across EV Charging Infrastructure, Telecom Infrastructure, Turnkey Projects, and Research & Consulting.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, cost control, and effective coordination across clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of EV charging and infrastructure projects from project initiation to final handover.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, manpower plans, and execution strategies.
- Take ownership of project delivery, quality, cost, timelines, and site performance.
- Manage and coordinate multiple project sites and execution teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review project BOQs, drawings, technical requirements, and site requirements.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for project execution.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and drive timely completion.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Electrical, Civil, Quality, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
- Identify project risks, delays, dependencies, and execution challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site reviews and ensure adherence to approved specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and company SOPs.
- Monitor project costs and ensure execution within approved budgets.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, documentation, and final project handover.
- Prepare regular project MIS, progress reports, dashboards,



and management updates.
- Maintain proper project documentation including site reports, MOMs, approvals, material records, and completion documents.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and highlight critical issues requiring intervention.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Project Management, EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, or related industries.
- Experience in EV charging infrastructure / electrical / civil / turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, resource management, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and understand BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects, teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Strong project planning, leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of project documentation, MIS, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of quality and safety practices at project sites.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
