Candidates joining HIND SOLAR will contribute to projects that drive clean energy adoption across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role located in Shegaon.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for solar and related engineering projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and safety targets are met. Daily responsibilities include planning and monitoring project timelines, coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site teams, and managing expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. The role involves supervising inspections and quality checks, resolving project issues, maintaining documentation, and reporting progress to internal stakeholders and clients.

Manager will also support resource allocation, risk management, and continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of solar or engineering projects.
- Candidates should possess experience in Expeditor and Expediting functions to track orders, follow up with vendors, and reduce delays in material and equipment delivery.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality control, site inspections, and compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, inventory coordination, and on-time delivery to project sites.
- Relevant experience in solar, power, or infrastructure projects, with familiarity in EPC environments or industrial plants.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel) and basic understanding of contractual and commercial terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field; professional certifications in project management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Shegaon, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
