Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Databricks Programs to manage end-to-end delivery of Databricks data platform projects and coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of Databricks data platform projects and workstreams.

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Manage project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Coordinate with Data Engineering, Data Governance, BI, and Reporting teams.

Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, utilization, and project budgets.

Coordinate UAT, environment readiness, access requirements, and releases.

Own change requests and assess scope, effort, schedule,



and resource impact.

Drive resolution of delivery issues, missed milestones, and SLA breaches.

Prepare project status reports and manage stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in IT Project / Delivery Management

Experience managing Databricks or similar cloud data platform projects

Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

Strong experience in RAID, Risk, Issue, Dependency & Change Management

Experience in resource planning, release management, and project budgeting

Good understanding of Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Good to Have: PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow experience.
