- Handle Multiple RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL construction projects(TAMILNADU)

- Understand complete Project lifecycle

- Managing all assigned projects from inception to completion.

- Expert in planning, execution, monitoring, billing

- Manpower handling, material management

- Mobilization of key resources as and when required

- Project cost analysis, budget management & allocation

- Prepare Master Construction Program, Micro Program using MSP (Microsoft Projects)

- Prepare Procurement Plan and Lead time statement

- Prepare Contracts package schedule

- Prepare Drawing release schedule

- Scrutinize the project requirements (Scope, Time, Cost & Quality)

- Read, interpret,



and evaluate all technical drawings

- Ensure drawing registers are maintained at site

- Prepare detailed Bill of quantities & Bill of materials stage wise

- Prepare Cash flow plans

- Raise purchase intends, follow up & receive materials

- Comply QA & QC procedures at site in all activities

- Facilitate timely completion of project through extensive planning & monitoring

- Review DLR, DPR, and Employee Attendance register at site and take necessary preventive and corrective actions

- Strictly comply Safety standards at site

- Monitor & Control wastages and pilferages at site

- Coordinate with all associate consultants, corporate office, design team, agencies

- Identify & mobilize capable associate agencies locally for the project works to complete

- Prepare, verify, certify bills and get approvals from superiors and send it to corporate office for payments and follow it up.

- Coordinate with Client properly & Local gated community association if required.
