Job Title: Project Manager

Location: D Y Patil, Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Project Manager to lead the organizations entire construction portfolio, with a robust focus on hospital , commercials, and large-scale infrastructure projects. This role entails complete ownership of project strategy, execution, governance, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership for all ongoing and upcoming construction projects across locations
- Drive project planning, design finalization, budgeting, and execution strategy at an organizational level
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from land acquisition support to commissioning and handover
- Lead and mentor senior project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Establish robust project governance frameworks, SOPs, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and healthcare-specific regulations (NABH, fire, biomedical, local authorities, etc.)
- Collaborate with architects, international consultants, and design teams for world-class healthcare infrastructure




- Monitor project timelines, cost controls, and quality benchmarks across all sites
- Drive vendor ecosystem development, high-value contract negotiations, and procurement strategy
- Identify risks at a macro level and implement mitigation and contingency plans
- Present project updates, financials, and strategic insights to the board / leadership team
- Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality
- Ensure timely commissioning, operational readiness, and seamless handover to operations teams

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- MBA (Project Management / Operations) preferred
- PMP / equivalent global certifications highly desirable

Experience:

- 20 - 25+ years of experience in construction / infrastructure project management
- Minimum 8-10 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale hospital / healthcare / institutional projects and commercial projects
- Experience in handling multi-location or high-value projects
