Project Manager – Commercial Interior Fit-Outs

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Commercial Interiors with hands-on experience in project planning, execution, client coordination, vendor management, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization to final handover.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and project costs.
- Manage procurement, material planning, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, furniture, joinery, and interior finishing works.
- Review BOQs, measurements, contractor bills, variation orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct client meetings, resolve site challenges, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare project progress reports and ensure timely snag closure and project handover.
- Manage multiple project sites as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.




- 5–12 years of experience leading Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Strong experience in Commercial Interiors.
- Excellent client handling, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in project planning, site execution, contractor coordination, and vendor management.
- Good understanding of BOQs, measurements, billing coordination, project costing, and project documentation.
- Experience coordinating civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, furniture, joinery, and interior finishing works.
- Must be willing to travel to multiple project sites as required and manage in office project execution.
- Must be located within commuting distance of Gurugram, Haryana.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with commercial interior contracting companies or design-build firms.
- Experience managing commercial interior projects larger than 20,000 sq. ft.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Note

- Candidates with experience limited to residential interiors or general civil construction without significant Commercial Interior Fit-Out experience will not be considered.
