About the Role

You'll own the delivery of one or more of our carbon removal projects — ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with approved methodologies and registry standards. Based in our Bengaluru office, you'll work closely with internal product and operations teams, and coordinate with implementation managers and field operators at project sites across India.

What You'll Do

Project Delivery

- Lead planning, execution, and day-to-day management of carbon removal projects
- Build implementation plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Develop project documentation and reporting




- Coordinate end-to-end project activities with external implementation and field teams
- Plan and run train-the-trainer programs

Carbon Compliance & MRV

- Ensure projects comply with approved carbon methodologies and registry standards
- Support data collection across soil sampling, biomass tracking, input records, and operational performance
- Coordinate audit preparation and third-party verification

Budget, Vendors & HSE

- Own implementation budgets, cost tracking, and procurement schedules
- Negotiate with vendors and manage contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, workplace safety standards, and land-use requirements

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Forestry, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years in project implementation, field operations, or operational delivery
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing climate-tech, regenerative agriculture, or carbon sequestration projects in India
- Track record running multi-stakeholder projects in agriculture, climate-tech, renewables, infrastructure, forestry, or carbon removal
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel frequently to rural project sites
- Based in Bengaluru, or willing to relocate

Desired Skills

- Working knowledge of carbon MRV, project planning tools, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with GIS and field data systems
- Regional language proficiency relevant to our project geographies
