Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for construction projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality, safety and effective coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, manage and execute projects from mobilization to completion and handover.

· Prepare project execution plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements.

· Monitor progress against timelines, budget, drawings, specifications and contract requirements.

· Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors and labour teams.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors and internal departments.

· Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, work fronts and construction methodology.

· Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, manpower, machinery and other resources.

· Monitor quantities, measurements, contractor bills, variations and project costs.

· Drive quality control, inspections, testing, snag rectification and reduction of rework.

· Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and site HSE requirements.

· Identify risks, delays and bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

· Conduct site/project review meetings and maintain clear action points and follow-up.

· Prepare and review DPRs, weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS and project documentation.

· Track project cash flow, material consumption, wastage and cost-impacting issues.

· Manage client expectations, resolve site issues and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

· Coordinate testing, commissioning where applicable, final inspections and project handover.

· Ensure completion of as-built drawings, measurements, approvals, handover and close-out documentation.





Required Qualifications & Experience

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; Diploma in Civil Engineering with strong relevant experience may be considered.

· 8–12 years of experience in civil construction/project management.

· Experience handling projects independently from planning through execution and handover.

Software Skills

· MS Excel – Strong | MS Word | AutoCAD

· MS Project / Primavera P6 – Preferred

· ERP / Construction Project Management Software – Preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
