Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure and heavy construction sector. You will lead large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to handover, ensuring complete site supervision, precise execution, strict budget control, and adherence to top-tier safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Management: Drive full lifecycle execution of infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities, or heavy civil works) from brief to final handover.
- Supervision & Leadership: Oversee site operations, supervising in office engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to maintain high productivity and performance.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and realistic timelines using advanced project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Cost & Budget Control: Manage financial forecasts, monitor project expenditures, and negotiate vendor/contractor agreements to deliver projects within allocated budgets.
- Quality & Safety Compliance:



Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidelines and quality control protocols across all project stages.
- Risk & Stakeholder Management: Identify potential bottlenecks or risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and serve as the primary communication link for senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on project management and execution experience within an infrastructure or heavy construction environment.
- Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strictly required.

- Core Competencies:
- Proven track record in site supervision and contractor management.
- Deep knowledge of engineering drawings, contracts (FIDIC/Lump Sum), and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and cross-functional communication abilities.
