Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

We specialize in end-to-end execution of multi-storey developments, combining on-ground experience with structured project delivery.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, speed, and ownership to our projects. This role requires someone who understands both site execution and planning—someone who can think ahead, manage timelines, and communicate clearly with clients, including international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution
- Prepare and manage tender bids, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS using Excel
- Communicate effectively with clients, including foreign/diplomatic stakeholders
- Ensure quality, safety,



and timeline adherence across projects

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Technically qualified in civil structures
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, data handling)
- Experience in tendering and bid preparation
- Strong command of spoken and written English (core requirement)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Good to Have (Add-on Skills)

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Experience in high-end residential or institutional projects
