About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a robust background in interior fit-out for Commercial Projects to join our dynamic team at STED. The ideal candidate will lead high-end interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.

Open Positions: 2 Roles (1 based in Mumbai | 1 based in Bangalore)

Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Management:
- Manage multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously, from concept to handover.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and procurement strategies.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and progress updates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Budget & Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, BOQ ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Negotiate contracts, procurement of materials, and manage cost control.
- Raising invoices on regular basis.




- Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure that all projects meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Oversee site inspections and audits to monitor quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local regulations and building codes.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor project teams, including junior project managers, site supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment to achieve project goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or Diploma.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in interior fit-out projects for commercial projects.
- Knowledge of interior design, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-end interior design of Corporate Fit-out projects.
- Strong vendor and contractor network.
- Knowledge of sustainability and environmental practices.
