Position: Civil / Project Manager
Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 3+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and supervise construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors and site teams
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards and budgets
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications
- Manage site activities, materials and manpower
- Identify and resolve project-related issues
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates
- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in residential or construction projects
- Strong project planning and site management skills
- Good knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Robust communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines
