About the role

eWay Corp is a leading provider of website design, Ecommerce, content management, and cloud infrastructure solutions to Public & Private Sector customers. We are also an AWS Select Consulting Partner and offer cloud infrastructure services to our customers. Most of our clients are based in the USA. We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce and website projects across platforms including Cascade, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Commerce, and Magento. This role requires a manager who can manage client expectations related to website and application development and hosting with the support of developers and Sys Admins, ensure timely project delivery, and align technical solutions with business objectives.

Communication is the core of this role. The Project Manager will work directly with US-based clients, product owners, and executive leadership and must demonstrate excellent spoken and written English, strong verbal articulation, and exceptional written clarity. The role serves as the communication bridge between business requirements and engineering delivery, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities

Communication and Client Management

- Lead client discovery sessions, sprint demos, status meetings, and project discussions with US-based stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication.
- Document requirements through BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets.
- Serve as the primary liaison for US stakeholders and proactively communicate project status.
- Manage project changes, scope creep, and difficult client conversations diplomatically.

Project Planning and Delivery

- Define project scope,



objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, roadmaps, milestones, and scope boundaries.
- Plan and execute end-to-end website, e-commerce, and hosting projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Technical and Platform Management

- Manage projects across WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Commerce, Magento, and AWS-based hosting environments.
- Translate client feedback and business requirements into precise, actionable technical tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood.
- Support projects involving e-commerce integrations, payment gateways, CMS platforms, and third-party APIs.

Risk, Quality, and Resources

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and drive proactive issue resolution.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure performance, security, and usability standards.
- Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure cost-efficient delivery without compromising quality.

Agile and Reporting

- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitate sprint planning.
- Manage iterative development workflows and project milestones.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.




- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track key performance metrics.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies and recommend platform enhancements.

Requirements

- 8 or more years of experience in project management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Magento, and BigCommerce, including integrations with payment gateways, CMS, and third-party APIs.
- Strong understanding of website platforms such as WordPress and Drupal and their integrations with third-party APIs.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with flawless spoken and written English proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience leading live client meetings, demos, and presentations across US time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex business discussions into clear technical specifications, BRDs, and Jira tickets.
- Strong understanding of cloud fundamentals including Windows and Linux systems administration.
