- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1216 years of experience in Software Project Management, with significant experience managing enterprise software implementation or product development projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and customer-facing software delivery programs.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, project governance, estimation techniques, and release management.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Robust expertise in risk management, scope management, budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent client-facing, leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams within fast-paced Agile environments.
- Experience delivering Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech transformation programs.
