Job Summary:

We are looking for a project manager with minimum experience of 10 years for group of company of Manjeet Bhullar Designs (Arteform Designs Pvt. Ltd.). We are a leading design and build firm with over 40 years of experience in Design & Build luxury projects pan India (Architecture, Interiors, manufacturing)

Requirements:

- Multifaced team leader capable of handling a work force of about 100 people.
- Experience in the execution of luxury projects with high quality specifications (residential, commercial, institutional, etc.) will be considered.




- Should have strong coordination skills (with the design team, vendors, contractors, consultants, PMC, etc.)
- Should have the capability to meet deadlines and manage project schedules and costs
- Should have evolved problem solving skills
- Should have solid communication skills and client handling skills
- Should have the capability to handle multiple projects (minimum ten) at a given point of time
- Should understand and maintain work quality standards
- Candidate should have no problem in operating pan India
- Should be capable of handling architecture, civil and interior design aspects of a project
